标题: 有在alpharacks退过款吗？
去年买了个18刀的特价机，前两天要到期了，觉得没什么用就取消了，结果之前付款的时候是给我开通了paypal的定期支付的，我擦都一年了谁记得这玩意
看到paypal自动扣款我才发现这事，我就发ticket说我忘在paypal上取消了，请求退款，回我说退了，一看，退在账户余额了，我本着最大的善意说我不要退余额，请求退回paypal，结果他丫说做不到，说是违背他家政策。。。
我是不是应该争议死他

就说新用户可以退款，可是问题是我这不是续费也不是开新机器也不是账户充值，我这就相当于错转了一笔钱过去，难道他们不应该退款？

paypal上直接争议可以的

那你就跟他说，要求退到paypal，还告诉他如果不退就使用争议解决。
