As you are probably well aware, due to a breakdown in negotiations with some of our upstream providers, your services may have been migratedto a new colo and have been renumbered with a new IP address. We have tried our best to mitigate this and we apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you. The migration is almost complete and if your device is being renumbered, you will receive a new welcome letter soon.
Sales will officially re-open and the new packages will be listed once the migration is complete and everything is operating at 100%.
We are aggressively working through all pending billing and refund requests and hope to have this completed soon.
